My name is Logan and I was born and raised in Louisiana. Because I love this place so much, I decided to join the Louisiana National Guard and attend Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers). I am a coach at Red Stick CrossFit, and CrossFit has become a huge part of my life. Upon graduating LSU in May 2014 and commissioning in the Army National Guard, I will attend Flight School at Ft. Rucker, AL.
